If you encounter problems when traveling on Sky King, feel free to ask Sky King crewmember or boarding agent to put you in contact with a Complaint Resolution Official (CRO).

Our CRO's have been specially trained in sensitivity and awareness, as well as applicable Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), and Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations and legislation. They will be glad to respond to your concerns.
