Acceptance of Passengers
The following persons WILL NOT be accepted for transportation by Sky King:
- A passenger requiring use of a life support system during flight or constant oxygen.
- A passenger who has a communicable disease or infection which has been determined to be transmissible to persons in the normal course of flight.
- Any pregnant passenger expecting delivery within 7 days, unless Sky King is provided a doctor's certificate dated within 72 hours of departure, stating that the doctor has examined and found the passenger to be physically fit for air transportation.
